Ok, so the dialog does have an option to "Always QSAVE" which makes it a little bit less annoying, but isn't there a way that this could just be set as the default and I could avoid being prompted at all?
Well, we are in luck!! There actually is a line in the wd.env file that we can update so that the QSave is always automatically done.
Step 1 – Close AutoCAD® Electrical (if you do not close the application, you will have to restart it before the changes you are about to make will take affect)
Step 2 – Locate and open the wd.env file (I recommend using notepad and in Windows 7 you can find the file in the following location: C:\Users\{username}\Documents\Acade 2012\AeData)
Step 3 – Locate the following entry in the file (hint: it is towards the bottom of the file)
Step 4 – Delete the asterisk (*) at the beginning of the line. With this in place, it is commenting the line out so that it is not being used.
Step 5 – Save and Close the file then start or restart AutoCAD Electrical
That's it!! By following those 5 simple steps you now will no longer be prompted for the QSave in those various scenarios where it wants to save the drawing to update the projects scratch database.

Hello Dan
Thanks for the comment! Yes, you can setup AutoCAD Electrical for multiple users to share common files. There are a couple of different approaches to this and I would recommend taking a look in the help documentation. If you look for the category "Advanced Productivity" then for the topic "Set up AutoCAD Electrical for multiple users" you should find a great deal of helpful information related to the specific topic you are asking about. Good luck!!
